Tell Us a Little Bit About Yourself

Hi, So I have been trading the US stock market for the past 15+ years, I have been in the market since 2005 growing my portfolio from a few thousands of dollars to a few hundred thousand.

If you follow the economic news you know the US economy had a severe meltdown in 2008, a crisis in 2011 a market freeze in 2015, and a bull run in 2013 and 2019 and I had lived through all that.

I have seen all types of market and learned from all of them, bad times and good, and I'm sure I can share that knowledge, I wish I had back then, with my students.

My trading style is unique and straightforward, it is simply because I don't trade in a complicated way, I know my weak side and my strong sides as a trader and I take advantage of that as I try to avoid my weaknesses in every psychological way possible, as a rule - psychology plays a significant part in trading, I have studied that aspect of trading as well and I integrate that into my trading style.

My trading is unique in the way that I develop trading algorithms, backtest them and use the current artificial intelligence technology to trade better, I follow my trading strategies religiously since I know this is key to market success.

How did you get started in trading and investing?

I started trading when I was in my mid 20's, this is a great time to start since you have some money in your pocket and you start asking yourself what is the best investment for these savings, this notion lead me to the stock market and I tried to learn as much as I can how the stock market behaves so I can make the most out of the opportunities it presents, I continued to save and trade, trying to learn from my mistakes so I don't repeat them, learned from books, courses, and mentors until I felt I could be an independent trader making my own decisions, I have a saying I repeatedly say to my students - participate and don't anticipate, staying in the market through thick to thin makes you a better trader, so this is the way I trade until today, improving my trading strategies every day - trying to be a better trader.

Tell us where you see the most success in trading and how someone can follow in your footsteps.

I see trading as a journey, it's not a "Get rich quick" scheme.You acquire the knowledge and skill to trade, becoming better and better with each step, you have to know yourself first - What is your strong side as a trader and where can you fail? then you need to figure out what type of trading is best for you? What timeframe? this is also a process, once you have the answers to that you need a trading strategy - a proven method for success, one that is suited for you and that you can follow to be a profitable trader, all this is not done in a week or two, is a fascinating discovery process where you find out who you really are and how you want to develop and improve yourself, I invite anyone who is interested in walking this path with me to do this challenge together, learn as much as you can along the way, improve yourself as a trader and a human being and be proud of your success and the person you have become along the mutual road we take together.
